We are currently seeking an administrator/freight forwarder to further strengthen our position. You will work as part of a team administering and following up on customer bookings. Responsibilities: Registration and management of customer orders Order follow-up Creating billing documentation for customers Customer support Administrative tasks We would like you to have: Previous administrative experience in transport Fluent English, both spoken and written Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently Good stress management skills Social competence Previous computer experience Previous experience with order management or similar is a plus The position is located at our office in Åhus.
