As a wood assembler at Lättelement, you'll join the production team in Örnsköldsvik. Here, various types of building elements are manufactured in modern production lines, with a special focus on roof elements. Each production line functions as a cohesive team where you work together to handle the entire process – from the first step to the finished product. Your Profile As a person, you are handy, self-directed, and responsible. We see that you are an active person who enjoys physical work, as certain tasks require it. Ideally, you have good technical understanding, and it's a merit if you have experience reading technical drawings. You enjoy working in a group and have good teamwork skills and like working with others as part of a team. Practical experience in construction is an advantage but is not a requirement for the position. Your personality will carry the most weight. Lättelement will provide new colleagues with in-house training and job introduction. A requirement to apply for this job is that you communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. To be eligible for the job, you must not have asthma or allergies. Lung spirometry (lung function test) and drug testing are mandatory and will be conducted at the company health care facility before employment. Working Hours and Salary Shift work 2-shift rotation – Alternating weeks morning/afternoon, All weekends off. Fixed salary + profit sharing/annual bonus. Position starts in autumn 2026.
