Elitfönster is now seeking a wood industry worker for our final assembly of casement windows, where you will become a central part of our production flow. Working hours are currently scheduled for morning shifts only, but shift work may become relevant. The employment is fixed-term but there is an opportunity for extension or permanent employment. YOUR PROFILE For you to thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have: • Upper secondary education, preferably with an industrial or industrial technical focus • Experience working in the wood industry or similar production, preferably related to assembly, woodworking, CNC, planing, or surface treatment • Ability to read and work according to drawings and instructions • Basic computer skills for simple registration and system management • Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing WORK TASKS As an assembler in final assembly, you work together with your team on an assembly line where we manufacture windows and patio doors. The work tasks are varied and include, among other things: • Assembly of frames and sashes • Glazing of window sashes • Assembly of aluminum components and various fittings • Quality control of finished products • Packing and palletizing windows for delivery • Team collaboration to ensure efficient and quality production flow This job suits you if you enjoy a hands-on role, like working with others, and have an eye for precision and quality. THIS IS YOU You have experience from the wood industry or similar production and have a clear focus on quality in what you do. You are thorough, work in a structured manner, and take responsibility for ensuring the work is done correctly – even when the pace is high. In your work, you are self-driven and take your own initiative when something needs to be solved, while also being a team player who contributes to the group and production functioning as a whole. You enjoy working in a team, are helpful toward colleagues, and have a good service mindset toward other departments. You are flexible and adaptable in a work environment where conditions can change, and you have the ability to maintain focus and structure even in more stressful situations.
