About the Role This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. You will receive more information about the role and the client company in an initial conversation. 💼 Responsibilities In your role as traffic manager / freight forwarder, you will work operatively with freight forwarding and be responsible for the entire transport chain – from pickup to delivery. The role is broad and varied, where you have many contact points and daily collaborate with customers, hauliers, and colleagues, both locally and internationally. Work takes place primarily within road transport, where you and your team ensure that transports are planned, executed, and followed up according to customer needs and applicable regulations. The pace can be demanding at times, and the role requires that you can prioritize, make decisions, and maintain structure even when circumstances change. Examples of responsibilities: Planning, booking, and monitoring of transports Daily contact with customers, hauliers, and internal functions Handling of transport documentation and administration Pricing and cost management related to transports Deviation handling and problem-solving in daily operations 🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Experience in administrative or customer-oriented work Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Good computer and systems skills Meritorious: Experience working in freight forwarding or transport Post-secondary education in logistics or freight forwarding Previous work in an international environment To thrive in this role, we see that you are someone who takes responsibility for your work and follows through until things are resolved.
