Then we're looking for you! About Trafiko and the position as employed training manager in Kungsbacka. At Trafiko, we're transforming the driver's license industry for both students pursuing their licenses and instructors providing training. In a short time, we've grown into one of the largest players in driver's license education, and we conduct introductory and risk training courses in 35 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory throughout Sweden. In total, over 30,000 students are trained annually by Trafiko. Currently, we offer driving lessons in 18 cities and are now expanding our offering with driving lessons for our students in Kungsbacka. This is why we're looking for you to join us on this journey. About You We're looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping your students reach their goals by tailoring education to their needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient approach. You take great personal responsibility and have the ability to complete your tasks independently with foresight and structure.
