About Us Mattias Trafikskola is an well-established driving school that has been operating in Ludvika since the 90s. We currently have 4 driving instructors and a receptionist who educate and support future license holders from across Sweden. Today we offer training for categories AM, B, B96/BE. About the Role As a driving instructor with us, you will: Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different backgrounds and needs. Support and motivate students on their journey toward obtaining their license. Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations. Possibly conduct theory lessons, introductions, and risk training courses. We are Looking for You: Have a valid driving instructor certification and are approved by the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen). Have a pedagogical and flexible approach. Are responsible and have a genuine interest in helping others develop. Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting different types of people.
