Traffic Administrator We are now seeking several Traffic Administrators for our client in the transport and logistics sector. About the Role As a Traffic Administrator, you will be responsible for administration and coordination of transports. You will work with booking registration and management of transport-related documentation, while ensuring that information to customers and terminals is communicated correctly and on time. The work includes handling import and export documents, notifications to customers and agents, follow-up on deviations and delays, and administrative tracking related to transports. You will have ongoing contact with both Swedish and international terminals and will serve as important support to the traffic department in daily operations. Additional responsibilities include customs administration, e-filing, credit checks, management of loading and unloading lists, and preparation of transport documents such as IOD and POD. Experience and Qualifications Experience in administration, logistics, or transport Meticulous, organized, and solution-oriented Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple points of contact Good system proficiency Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written The client has an initial need for several people and foresees long-term and recurring needs within this function, which creates excellent opportunities for both development and continuity.
