Gardener and Grounds Maintenance Worker for Crafttech in Northern Stockholm (Part-Time)

We are now seeking skilled and dedicated employees who want to work part-time with us in Vallentuna providing garden and grounds maintenance as well as snow removal. About Us Crafttech is a company made up of garden enthusiasts who specialize in garden maintenance, primarily in the northern Stockholm area. Job Responsibilities As a gardener, you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of gardens and green areas during the season. Your tasks include grass cutting, edging, pruning of trees and shrubs, planting, and weeding. You ensure that the soil receives proper nutrients, manage watering, and keep areas clean by removing leaves and garden waste. For lawn health, you perform aeration, vertical cutting, and moss control. You also ensure that pathways and outdoor spaces remain neat and free from dirt. During winter and spring seasons, we also work with snow removal and sand sweeping to keep roads, pathways, and property surfaces safe and well-maintained. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in or a strong interest in garden and grounds maintenance. You are responsible, organized, and have an eye for detail. The work takes place outdoors, and we are looking for someone who enjoys physical work and approaches their tasks with dedication. It is an advantage if you have formal education in garden maintenance or a related field. If you lack formal education, we value initiative, attentiveness, and a willingness to learn. You should have good work ethic, be able to work independently, and be a team player who collaborates well with colleagues. A driver's license (category B) and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. Having a forklift certification, experience with tree pruning, and/or good plant knowledge are also advantageous.
