We are seeking dedicated and flexible nurses who want to work as hourly staff at one, or possibly several, of our senior living facilities in Norrtälje municipality. You can work day, evening, or night shifts. Single shifts or longer-term temporary assignments/periods. You will have the opportunity to provide excellent care and support at our facilities in Norrtälje, Hallstavik, Rimbo, and Blidö. About the Position You will work when our permanent nurses are on vacation, sick leave, or have other absences. You are a key person and responsible for ensuring that prescribed care measures are carried out. A driver's license is required, as we sometimes need to travel between our facilities. Our residents often have multiple medical conditions, which requires you to have comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions, and a genuine interest in working with older adults. We work in teams based on the residents' needs. Your tasks will include: Ward rounds and physician contact. Medication management. Medical assessments. Supervising care personnel. About Our Offer: Hourly employees are included in Epassi and can use wellness compensation according to a special calculation scale. About You For this position, you need: A current nursing license. Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles and good driving experience. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you also have: Experience from elderly care services. Specialist training in geriatric care and/or palliative care. You enjoy working with our residents, who often have multiple medical conditions, and you have a genuine interest in older adults combined with comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation, enabling you to confidently handle this important aspect of the work. You have strong teamwork abilities, which will serve you well as we work in teams based on residents' needs. As a nurse, you are responsible for care, something that suits you as you communicate clearly and have good organizational skills. In Hallstavik, we have August Jansgården and Kristinagården; in Älmsta, Elmstagården. Eneberg and Ängsgården are located in Norrtälje, and in Rimbo, we have Begshyddan and Birgittagården.
