In facilities maintenance, we perform daily cleaning throughout the municipality in administrative departments, municipal companies, and associations, as well as residential cleaning for care recipients. In addition to this, we also offer other facilities maintenance services. We are now looking for more temporary cleaners for our operations. 5 position(s). JOB DUTIES In facilities maintenance at Kalmar Municipality, we clean schools, preschools, sports facilities, and offices daily using modern equipment and methods, and also perform cleaning for care recipients. Our goal is to deliver good service to the municipality's residents in public environments. We provide training and offer orientation with a mentor so you get the best possible start when you're new to the job. Our services include daily cleaning as well as ongoing floor maintenance, periodic deep cleaning, high-access cleaning, and window washing. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who preferably has experience in professional cleaning and a B-class driver's license. You collaborate easily with others but also enjoy working independently and taking responsibility. You can follow written instructions, have a good sense of local knowledge, and work in a structured manner in your daily work. Basic knowledge of Swedish is a requirement, as the work requires you to understand and follow instructions regarding chemicals, safety, and the environment. The work demands high work ethics, professional conduct, and a willingness to develop. We place great emphasis on teamwork, where cooperation and shared responsibility are an integral part of the assignment. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
