Service Details and Employment Terms Service: Monday-Sunday Working hours: 06:45/07:00-15:30 or 15:30-22:00 Employment type: temporary hourly position Start date: by agreement Workplace: You will be based at our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund municipality. Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do? As a temporary home care aide with us, you will work in customers' homes with varying tasks based on individual needs: Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and transfers Social support & conversation – provide security through presence and good care Daily living support – help with meals and simple household chores Supervision & safety – identify needs and contribute to safe care Medication delegation – administer medications as prescribed and document according to procedure Documentation – record information according to care plans in various computer systems Safety alarm response – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have activated their safety alarms. We work on assignment from Oxelösund municipality and are responsible for both routine home care tasks and handling safety alarms between 06:45-22:00. This involves varied work with both scheduled and more urgent assignments. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is committed and wants to contribute to safe and professional home care: Certified nursing assistant qualification (highly desirable) – you have completed approved training, preferably with experience Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document accurately Class B driver's license – you are a safe and experienced driver Cycling experience – you are comfortable cycling between clients Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and treating people with empathy, respect, and understanding Digitally proficient – you use mobile devices and computers in your daily work Medication delegation experience (desirable) – experience with medication management according to procedure is a plus We do not accept applications by email.
