We are currently looking for you to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in Ängelholm and surrounding areas! What does the job as a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. There you help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, household management, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and enable another person's daily life to function. We have customers of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to enable a person to live their life as they wish is the world's most important job. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer someone with great patience and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for. We would like it if you: - have a genuine interest in helping others. - can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. - can work flexible hours - day, evening, night, weekends, and 24-hour shifts. - have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement.)
