Ekotopia Vård AB currently operates three programs serving different target groups and is now seeking committed hourly substitutes for our Vinkelgatan unit in Tranås. Vinkelgatan is a supported housing facility for women ages 21–65 with diverse needs, including substance abuse and addiction, mental health issues, and experiences of intimate partner violence. The program consists of seven residents who live in their own apartments with access to shared common areas. We work according to a structured treatment model based on CBT, with the goal of helping our clients create a functional daily life, strengthen their mental health, and live a life free from substance abuse. About the Role: As an hourly substitute, you will be an important part of the clients' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include: Providing individual support and motivation for clients in their personal development. Creating structure and security in daily life. Participating in activities and practical tasks. Documenting and collaborating with other staff members. Providing professional support during both positive and challenging times. The work is varied and requires both independence and strong teamwork skills. About You: You have relevant post-secondary education, for example in: Treatment Pedagogy / Social Pedagogy Behavioral Science Pedagogy Psychiatry Nursing or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. It is a plus if you have knowledge or training in: CBT MI (Motivational Interviewing) Intimate Partner Violence We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications: B-category driver's license is required. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Personal suitability is weighted heavily.
