This means you perform the tasks that are part of the regular work at the workplace where you are assigned. Are you a confident and flexible person who works well with others? As a person, you are service-oriented and understand the importance of good customer service. You work well with others and can adapt to changes. We conduct selections and hold interviews on an ongoing basis – but the need for new temporary workers varies, which means the process can take different amounts of time. Within health and social care, you can work in services for people with disabilities, social psychiatry, home care, or in elderly residential facilities. Your most important task is to help ensure that each person's needs for care and support are met, socially, culturally, and physically. To be a suitable temporary care worker, you need to: • communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written • have computer skills It is meritorious if you: • have previous experience in the profession • have a B-category driver's license and access to a car Temporary care work requires a criminal record check.
