Do you want to step in and work as a temporary switchboard operator when regular staff are absent? Then you might be the person we're looking for! About the Assignment We are looking for a switchboard operator for our client in central Härnösand. Working hours are typically Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. You will work as a temporary substitute as needed to cover for regular staff absences such as illness or leave. The need varies, but we expect you to work on average about 2-3 days per week. Shifts will sometimes be booked with short notice, so we prefer someone who is a morning person. We have higher demand during holidays and summer. Before the assignment starts, we will conduct a background check. Your Responsibilities Handling incoming calls at the switchboard Receiving documents/mail and possibly visitors at the small reception desk Transferring calls to the right person Continuous work using computer as a tool Customer service and attentiveness to other people, both over the phone and in person, are very important parts of the job. We therefore see that you are attentive, pedagogical, and outgoing.
