Then you could be the assistant we're looking for for our client, a 15-year-old girl. About the RoleAs an assistant, you will be her strong support in training, play, development, and assisting in family life. She lives with her family in Nässjö. Work shifts consist of picking up the girl when she comes home from afterschool activities, followed by play, training, activities, and support in socializing with the family in the afternoon. There may also be a need for assistance during school breaks and weekends. Part of your work will be helping the girl communicate with the world around her and assisting with personal hygiene. RequirementsYou are a woman who enjoys working with children and has experience as a personal assistant or similar work. It is important that you as an assistant are calm, responsible, and patient in order to best help the girl progress in training and development. You should be responsive to the girl's daily condition. The chemistry between you, the girl, and her family is important. The position provides valuable experience working with people and showing that you can take responsibility. Documentation is part of the job, so you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. To be considered for the position, you must be a non-smoker. There are some physical tasks involved, but heavier lifting is done using a lift when transferring, for example between bed and wheelchair, as well as assistance with personal hygiene.
