We are now seeking hourly substitutes who want to work day or night shifts and contribute with care, safety, and presence in our residents' everyday lives. Follow us on Instagram: @bracke_pilhamn Your Role As an hourly substitute with us, you help create safety and a meaningful everyday life for our residents. Work can be scheduled for day or night shifts. During daytime, the work includes providing support with daily care, contributing to activities, and creating structure and safety in everyday life. During the night, the task is about being available, providing support when needed, and contributing to calm and safety during the quiet hours. In your work, you will among other things: - Support residents in their daily lives based on their individual needs - Assist with personal care - Notice changes in residents' wellbeing and pass information on to colleagues - Document according to current procedures - Collaborate and communicate with colleagues and other professionals at the residence We are seeking hourly substitutes who can work as needed, for example during regular staff absence, busy periods, and during holidays. It is an advantage if you have the ability to work during the summer period, weeks 27–32. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for you who want to work with people and who meet each person with attentiveness and respect. You are confident working independently and understand how important clear communication is for the team to provide safe care. You do not need to be a trained nursing assistant – what matters most is that you share our values and want to contribute to care based on each resident's unique life situation. Qualifications: - Basic care experience, preferably in elderly care and residential services - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Good computer skills for documentation and information retrieval Meriting qualities: - Experience working with elderly people and/or people with cognitive illness (dementia) - Experience with night shift work (for those who want to work nights) - Ability to work during the summer period, weeks 26–32 Bräcke Care and Support Residence Pilhamns Gårdar Pilhamns gårdar is one of four residences that Bräcke diakoni operates independently in Stockholm.
