At Fågelås Föräldrakooperativ, located just south of Hjo, we work together – parents and staff – to create a safe and inspiring everyday life for children. Our preschool and after-school program feature a lovely green yard and activities centered on sustainability, nutritious food, and language development. About the role: ✔️ Be part of children's daily care and activities ✔️ Support regular staff with educational activities and playtime ✔️ Create a safe and stimulating environment for children's development ✔️ Help with meals and daily routines ✔️ Contribute to a positive and educational atmosphere at the preschool ✔️ Be flexible and able to work as needed – sometimes with short notice. Working hours are daytime Monday-Friday between 6:00 AM-5:15 PM. We're looking for someone who: • Is committed, positive, and great at collaborating. • Treats children, colleagues, and guardians with professionalism. • Takes initiative and can work independently. • Has experience in childcare (preferred but not required). • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently. 💡 Do you have a driver's license and the ability to also work in the preschool kitchen?
