WORK DUTIES We are seeking temporary substitutes for Home Care Services and Elderly Care Facilities in Mörbylånga Municipality. Our workplaces are located in Färjestaden, Algutsrum, Mörbylånga, and Degerhamn. If you take the municipal bus over the Öland Bridge, it takes approximately 15 minutes from Kalmar to Färjestaden. We work with person-centered care and support to provide our users with a meaningful, secure, and active everyday life. We assist with all daily tasks such as personal hygiene including showering and intimate care, taking walks, administering medications at the right time, and household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. It's a varied job where you meet different people every day and work in varying environments. Your help will mean a lot to our elderly. In home care, we use the "Mörbylånga Model" where the work group itself participates in planning the day and what's best for our elderly. We don't have minute-by-minute scheduling like many other municipalities. Our model has been appreciated by both our elderly and those working in home care. As a temporary substitute, you are offered: * Working hours vary between day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. * Control your working hours by setting your own availability and receiving requests accordingly. * Combine work with studies, other employment, or retirement. * Good opportunities for summer work and a future with us. * Digital training to learn the work as well as physical introduction at the workplace. QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old, and it is desirable if you have previous work experience in this field, but it is not required.
