WORK TASKS We need temporary staff for our services; residential care facilities, home care, supported living arrangements, and personal assistance. The assignment involves providing support in daily life and you are always part of a team where you receive introduction and guidance from experienced colleagues. The job gives you the opportunity for personal development where you get to meet many people and life situations that you might not otherwise have experienced. It gives you experiences and memories for life as well as an opportunity to make a difference for someone else. Work tasks include among others: • Take a walk, arrange a coffee break, play games or do simple morning exercise. • Social support: Listen, talk and provide support • Personal care: Support with hygiene, clothing and mobility • Document in digital systems QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • is at least 18 years old • has a valid passport/national ID or work permit • is fluent in Swedish in speech and writing, which means a requirement for passing grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a second language 1 or equivalent. • has good computer skills and can handle different systems It is a merit if you: • have experience or education in the areas you are applying for • have a B driver's license We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
