QUALIFICATIONS You should have a genuine interest in meeting people and helping them in their daily lives. Important qualities are customer service skills, flexibility, and responsibility. You must be at least 18 years old and be able to work regularly. According to the Swedish Work Environment Act Chapter 5, Section 3, and AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8, these work tasks cannot be performed by minors; therefore, we are seeking applicants who are 18 years or older. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. We view it positively if you have completed or are currently pursuing secondary education, for example in healthcare and care or childcare and leisure. It is also positive if you have previously worked in healthcare and care or in preschool and school, but we also welcome applicants without experience. WORK DUTIES Your work duties as a temporary worker may vary somewhat depending on which operation you work within. In healthcare and care, the work involves providing support and assistance to our users. In preschool and school, it involves supporting children and young people's development. Regardless of which of our operations you work in, you will be required to some degree to perform documentation and communicate; therefore, it is important to have good knowledge of the Swedish language. The work may include physically and mentally demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, working alone, and work shifts during evenings and nights. According to the Swedish Work Environment Act Chapter 5, Section 3, and AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8, these work tasks cannot be performed by minors; therefore, we are seeking applicants who are 18 years or older. EMPLOYMENT AND SALARY Hourly employment. Salary is discussed at the interview or upon an offer of employment. Work hours vary depending on the operation and needs.
