Part-Time/Summer Substitute Needed for 15-Year-Old Boy

We work closely with clients and know that strong relationships are key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our main office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are now seeking part-time/summer substitute personal assistants for an outgoing, people-loving 15-year-old boy in Fristad. He lives with his mom, dad, and his two younger brothers. You must be over 18 years old, love children, and enjoy being outdoors. We would appreciate if you have a driver's license for manual transmission, but bus connections are good. You should be responsible, empathetic, and confident. If you have experience with alternative communication, this is a plus. Some lifting may occur, so it's important that you are in good physical condition, though assistive devices are available in the home. You should be able to work independently but also cooperate with the family. It's helpful if you are studying or have another part-time job, as shifts are short and scheduled for afternoons/evenings and weekends. On school days, shifts are scheduled approximately 3:35 PM - 9:00 PM. Days off/weekends approximately 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (throughout the entire summer break) It's a plus if you have previous experience in personal assistance, but the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right.
