Within the health and medical care unit, you will be part of a positive and dedicated team of nurses working to develop care in patients' home environments. You will be responsible for patients in regular housing and/or in care facilities. The Social Services Department is responsible for the municipality's social services including: • elderly care • municipal health and medical care • individual and family services • care for people with disabilities • administrative unit 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a nurse in the health and medical care operations in Borgholm Municipality, you work together in multiprofessional teams with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers and care personnel. The health and medical care operations are divided into three geographic team areas: north, central and center. The teams work with both regular housing and special housing. In Borgholm Municipality, the health and medical care unit has well-established cooperation with Borgholm Health Center/Home Hospital and ambulance services. The work consists of standard and advanced nursing tasks in home care and elderly care. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed Nurse/District Nurse, preferably with supplementary education or experience in home care, elderly care, palliative care, psychiatry or open health and medical care. You should be confident in your nursing role and have professional experience in health and medical care. The work requires both independence and teamwork. Driver's license (category B) is required. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date by agreement. Working hours: Shift work.
