The Good Talents is a nonprofit organization that empowers youth through programs in leadership and social entrepreneurship. Through our work, we want to contribute to a society where more young people have the opportunity to make their mark, develop, and influence their future, while the job market better utilizes the diversity of talent that exists in Sweden. The role involves overall responsibility for operations, strategy, HR, and finance, as well as driving the organization's continued development, growth, and scaling together with the team and board. An important part is shaping the organization's long-term direction through work on a new five-year strategy. The office currently consists of six employees, 18 part-time youth leaders, and four interns per term. Many structures and processes are already in place, but the organization is in a development and scaling phase that requires both management and continued building. You will get to shape this development together with an engaged team, a strong network, and a growing community of young people, alumni, and partners. The role suits you if you want to combine strategic leadership with social impact and entrepreneurial drive. Key Responsibilities As General Secretary, you will have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and further advancing the organization's operations in close collaboration with the board and team. You are responsible for translating strategy into implementation and ensuring that operations achieve set goals, results, and impact. Your tasks will be to: Develop the organization's goals and strategy together with the board and team, and ensure implementation, goal management, and follow-up. Overall operational responsibility for the organization in line with TGT's values, including monitoring of results and impact. Responsible for quarterly reporting to the board, including finance, operations, and strategic development. Contribute to strengthening TGT's position, visibility, and long-term development through strategic partnerships, communication, and relationship building. Drive and develop a new five-year strategy with a focus on long-term development, clear direction, and sustainable change together with the team and board. Serve as the organization's spokesperson and public face, representing TGT in external contexts, networks, and media together with alumni. Have personnel responsibility for the team, including recruitment, employee discussions, skills development, and workplace environment responsibility. Ensure compliance with labor law and develop relevant HR policies. Have financial responsibility, including budget, forecasts, follow-up, and audit. Overall responsibility for financing and partnerships, including fundraising strategy, development of financing model, partner relations, and offerings. Ensure quality in operations and support the team in achieving program impact goals. You will work from our office in Fittja, with the opportunity for remote work a few days a week. Some work is scheduled on weekends and evenings.
