Your journey begins with new customer sales (B2C) - where in your daily work you contact private individuals, present market-leading offers, and develop your sales skills within our structure. With strong results, the next level opens up: you'll move to existing customers – a segment with higher conversion rates, stronger relationships, and greater revenue potential. What We Offer Employment: 100% Full-time beginning with a 6-month trial period and then transitioning to a permanent position Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 – you work no late evenings or weekends Salary: Secure salary model with 20,000 SEK base salary. Commission when it exceeds the base salary.
