Here you will have the opportunity to work together with others in the unit to develop and streamline the municipality's property portfolio. You will be part of the Operations and Maintenance unit, which currently consists of 17 people distributed among property caretakers, operations technicians, technical administrators, operations engineers, and operations technicians for lock, alarm, and access systems who all work to provide appropriate facilities for all of the municipality's operations. Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for technical administration and develop the municipality's property portfolio to offer tenants appropriate and cost-effective facilities sustainably over time. Within your area, you will be responsible for projects of both smaller and larger scope, primarily within planned maintenance. You will have an advisory role both internally and towards operations in other sectors where regular collaboration is an important part. Your role also includes working with: Coordinate planned maintenance Monitor work orders and agreements Regulatory requirements Financial follow-up and invoice management Procurement Carry out facility adaptations in collaboration with the facility management unit System administrator for property-related systems It is required that you have structure, organization, and order around you and that you are comfortable expressing yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish. Qualifications We want you to have relevant higher education/vocational training or work experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have a good eye for the bigger picture and have an easy time seeing what can be developed and improved. We require that you as an applicant have good administrative knowledge and are experienced working with systems for reporting and analysis. A driver's license is a requirement. It is meritorious to have experience working in a politically governed organization and knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
