Eccera is now seeking a Technical System Administrator for direct recruitment to one of our customers in northern Stockholm. About the Role As a Technical System Administrator, you are responsible for the technical management of customer-deployed systems and solutions throughout their entire lifecycle. You serve as the link between the customer and the internal technical teams and ensure that systems continue to deliver high performance, security, and business value over time. You will work closely with both customers and internal specialists in operations, integration, and project management to plan, coordinate, and further develop solutions in security-critical environments. Your Responsibilities Responsible for the technical management of customer-deployed systems from handover to operation, further development, and decommissioning Be the customer's primary point of contact regarding the technical status, performance, and lifecycle planning of systems Plan, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance, upgrades, and patch management together with the operations organization Work proactively with capacity planning, lifecycle management, and ensuring that SLAs and security requirements are met Identify new customer needs and drive improvement and development initiatives together with internal teams Ensure that deliveries are made according to agreed requirements and with high quality We Are Looking for You Have several years of experience in technical system management, IT delivery, or a similar role Have a good understanding of IT infrastructure, operational environments, networks, and integrations Have experience working according to established management or service management processes, such as ITIL or PM3 Are experienced in handling customer relationships and acting as an advisor on technical matters Communicate fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing It is advantageous if you have experience in IT security, security frameworks, or maturity models for information security. Additional Information The position is located in northern Stockholm and is a direct recruitment to the customer. Our customer operates according to an office-first model where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quick decision-making are important parts of the culture. At the same time, there is the possibility of some remote work when the operation and role allow it. As the operation is conducted in a security-sensitive environment, the position is placed in a security classification. Security vetting with background check will be conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
