About the role We are strengthening our technical support department! As technical support with us, you will work closely with both our workshops and end customers handling technical cases, troubleshooting, investigations, and quality work. You will be an important part in ensuring high service levels and technical quality across our entire operation. We have nine MAN-authorized bus workshops for MAN and Neoplan, as well as a large network of customer workshops. Our vehicles are at the forefront of technology, especially in electrification, which makes the role both varied and developmental. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues within the team and our workshops across the country. You also have a central function as a communication link in daily dialogue with our general agent MAN Truck & Bus SE in Germany. You report to the Service & Support Manager, and the position is located at our headquarters in Kungens Kurva, Stockholm. We are looking for someone who: Has previous technical experience with heavy vehicles, with bus experience being a merit Has good technical understanding and a strong interest in troubleshooting and problem-solving Has very good systems and computer skills Is organized, thorough, and enjoys driving issues forward Has good pedagogical skills and can explain technical solutions clearly Enjoyed working both independently and in close collaboration with others Can establish and maintain dialogue with both internal and external parties Takes project and customer responsibility in complex, cross-functional environments Speaks Swedish and English very well, both verbally and in writing Holds a category B driving license It is a merit if you: Have previous experience in technical support or a similar role Have worked with diagnostic tools or case management systems Hold a category D driving license Have knowledge of German, Polish, or Turkish We offer: We offer a workplace in constant development with opportunities to influence and make changes.
