About the Role As technical sales support, you will be a central part of our team ensuring that customers and colleagues receive the best possible technical quotes and support. You will work closely with our field sales team for the Industrial sector as well as liaise with our factories within KSB and external suppliers. Your responsibilities will include: Handling incoming pump inquiries, preparing quotes, and providing technical support in the Industrial sector to end customers, installers, consultants, technicians, and internal departments Being product responsible for one or more products, meaning you serve as both an internal and external ambassador for these products Sharing knowledge and contributing to skill development within the team Actively working on developing processes, tools, and procedures in our continuous improvements What does Nursen Hult, Manager Technical Sales Support, have to say about the company? Your Profile For the role of technical sales support, we are looking for someone who is organized, action-oriented, and enjoys getting things done. You are positive, take responsibility, and have a business-minded approach with a natural sense of service and customer value. As a person, you are communicative, analytical, and solution-oriented, and you thrive in a role where you can combine technical knowledge with sales, collaboration, and problem-solving. You may already be working in technical sales, or have experience with pumps and pump systems and now want to apply your knowledge in a more support-focused role. Technical education or equivalent work experience with pumps Good understanding of industrial systems, pumps, and valves Previous experience with quote preparation, technical support, and sales support from the industrial sector is considered a merit Comfortable handling business systems, CRM systems, and the Office package Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written B-class driver's license is required What does Axel Holm, Technical Sales Support Engineer, have to say about the position and the company?
