Malte Group is now seeking an engaged, technical, and business-driven sales professional who wants to help develop the market for the company's innovative solutions within vehicle and car wash technology. About the Role As a sales representative at Malte Group, you will play an important role in the company's ongoing growth and expansion. You are responsible for sales in your geographic area and work closely with both new and existing customers to build long-term and profitable business relationships. This role suits you if you enjoy meeting customers face-to-face, understand business needs, and can present technical solutions that create real value. You drive deals from first contact through closing and follow-up, while building a strong network in the market. You have strong organizational support behind you with access to industry expertise, market-leading products, and well-established reference projects. Your Responsibilities Develop the market and identify new business opportunities Plan and conduct customer visits with new and existing clients Build long-term relationships and act as an advisor throughout the sales process Present and sell Malte Group's vehicle wash and carwash solutions Prepare quotes, contracts, and business proposals Follow up on projects and ensure customer satisfaction Work systematically in CRM systems and keep customer information updated Analyze sales results, forecasts, and market developments Your Profile We are looking for someone driven to create business through trust, relationships, and technical understanding. You have a genuine interest in understanding customer operations and the ability to translate needs into solutions. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have experience in B2B sales Have worked with technical products, equipment, or solutions Thrive in an advisory and relationship-oriented sales role Are self-motivated, organized, and results-focused Have strong administrative skills and experience with CRM systems Speak Swedish fluently and have good English skills Have a valid driver's license (Category B) It is a plus if you have experience from the automotive, cleaning, or service industry, but what matters most is that you have a genuine technical interest and the desire to understand customer operations.
