Thomas Betong is now seeking a technical sales representative who wants to help develop and strengthen the market in the district from Uppsala to Södertälje. About the Role As a technical sales representative at Thomas Betong, you have a key role where you are responsible for both sales and technical advice within concrete. You work closely with customers throughout all phases of projects – from quotes and specifications to delivery and follow-up. Your customers range from large infrastructure projects to private garage driveways, and you contribute along the way, although the main focus is on larger contractors and larger projects. You drive sales forward while ensuring that the right product and solution is used for each project. You become part of a four-person sales team and work from our Regional Office at Stäket in Järfalla municipality. There is good collaboration in the region and excellent expertise that provides good conditions for quality solutions for customers, a spirit of cooperation called Team Thomas. Your Tasks Actively work broadly with concrete sales, primarily to contractors and construction companies Manage customer relationships and develop existing accounts Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities in the district Provide technical advice on concrete selection, use, and solutions Prepare quotes and follow up on business deals Coordinate deliveries together with production and logistics Participate in projects from planning through implementation We're Looking for You We believe that you either work in the concrete industry today, or work in a leading position on a construction site and have an understanding of concrete's role in the construction process It is advantageous if you have experience in technical sales, preferably within construction, infrastructure or industry, or alternatively have a technical background in concrete/construction and want to work more commercially You are business-driven, self-directed, and have a strong customer focus You thrive in a role with significant responsibility and freedom You have good communication skills and build long-term relationships You have a B-class driver's license Advantageous Experience from the concrete industry or related materials Understanding of construction processes and contract projects Experience working with CRM or business systems About Thomas Betong Thomas Betong is a leading supplier of high-quality ready-mix concrete with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and customized solutions.
