Would you like to take a key role in technically complex projects where you can combine deep technical expertise with project management? We are now seeking technical project managers for assignments in Finspång where you work closely with technology, business, and delivery. About the role As a technical project manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating technical work within your area of specialization, either Electrical & Controls or Mechanical & Process. You work on complex projects where solutions are often not fully standardized, which requires both structure and flexibility. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead and coordinate technical work within your area Ensure that technical and contractual requirements are met Drive and follow up on design work, internally and externally Manage technical issues and changes Ensure delivery according to schedule, quality, and project objectives Participate in technical dialogue with customers and suppliers You work closely with both internal teams and external parties and are an important representative in technical discussions. We are looking for you with Engineering degree from a university or college At least 4 years of experience working on technical projects Experience in technical project management or leading technical roles Technical background in Electrical & Controls or Mechanical & Process Good ability to communicate and collaborate Ability to work in a changing environment Good knowledge of Swedish and English About the customer The customer is a global company specialized in energy technology. The company provides solutions and products to produce, transmit, and distribute energy in an efficient and sustainable way. The customer is involved in the entire energy value chain, including power generation, renewable energy sources, power transmission, and smart grid solutions.
