To learn more about us, visit our website www.spekuma.se JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The position is a combination of order intake, order administration, inside sales, and warehouse work. As an Order Intake Specialist, you will respond to and follow up on customer inquiries, enter orders, and create quotations. Customer contact occurs primarily via phone and email, but also includes over-the-counter sales in our shop. Warehouse duties include daily work picking and packing items, booking transportation, and receiving and dispatching goods. As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will calculate quotations from countries with different currencies and tariff rates, communicate with factories in English, and help customers solve problems using technical data, images, or drawings. This involves considerable manual work, calculations, and logical thinking. The position can develop into account management and broader sales responsibility. We use personal service to build long-term customer relationships. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: *Is self-driven, highly service-oriented, and detail-focused *Has a good overview of operations, is well-organized, and thorough *Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team—we all do warehouse work as part of our various regular duties *Is collaborative and unpretentious to fit in here *Is flexible and can take initiative to help where needed, such as packing in the warehouse, assisting customers in the shop, ensuring packing materials are available, running errands, etc. REQUIREMENTS: *Excellent Swedish proficiency in speaking and writing *Good English proficiency in speaking and writing *Strong numerical skills and calculation abilities *Experience working with a business system *Knowledge of order administration *REQUIREMENT: TECHNICAL EXPERTISE from education or professional experience in MECHANICS and/or ENGINEERING *Driver's license Full-time position in Saltsjö-Boo.
