If you want to know more about us, visit our website www.spekuma.se WORK TASKS: This position is a combination of order intake, order administration, inside sales, and warehouse work. As an Order Coordinator, you will answer and follow up on customer inquiries, input orders, and create quotations. Customer contacts occur primarily via phone and e-mail, but also through over-the-counter sales in our shop. Warehouse work includes daily work in our warehouse with picking and packing, booking transport, and receiving and shipping goods. This position can develop into a Technical Inside Sales role. This would involve calculating quotations from countries with different currencies and tariff rates, communicating with factories in English, and helping customers with problem-solving using technical data, images, or drawings. It involves a lot of manual work, calculations, and logical thinking. We use personal service to create long-term customer relationships. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: *Is self-driven, motivated, highly service-oriented, and has an interest in details *Has good overall perspective, is organized and thorough *Enjoys working both independently and in a team: here we all do warehouse work as part of our various regular duties. *Is cooperative and unpretentious to fit in here. *Is flexible and can take own initiative to help where needed, such as packing in the warehouse, helping customers in the shop, ensuring packing materials are in stock, running errands, etc. REQUIREMENTS *Excellent Swedish language skills, spoken and written. *Good English language skills, spoken and written. *Numerical aptitude and strong calculation skills *Experience working with a business system *Knowledge of order administration *REQUIRED: at least Technical track at upper secondary level or other form of Technical or Mechanical knowledge, interest, and/or understanding. *REQUIRED: TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE from education or professional experience in MECHANICS and/or ENGINEERING *Driver's license This is a full-time position in Saltsjö-Boo.
