Do you want to work in a pure optimization role where you can influence both new projects and existing processes? We are now looking for a driven and solution-oriented person who wants to help develop our production. About the Role You work operationally with optimization and development. You are responsible for testing, evaluating, and implementing new tools as well as improving existing processes in our injection molding machines. You are a key person in ensuring efficient production and share your knowledge through training colleagues. Responsibilities: Work in a pure optimization role Take responsibility for new tools – testing, trial runs, and documentation in our injection molding machines Participate in and drive new projects as well as optimize existing processes Train and support existing staff as needed Analyze results and suggest improvements Follow up and ensure that implemented solutions work Engage in technical discussions about solutions, particularly when challenges arise during trial runs You are: Experienced setter or equivalent technical background Familiar with tools and process optimization Solution-oriented and analytical Comfortable driving technical discussions and making decisions Structured and thorough with documentation A person who speaks and writes Swedish fluently Curious to learn more?
