Duties and Areas of Responsibility Would you like to help shape the future of engineering and quality work in a growing industrial company with some of Europe's leading vehicle manufacturers as customers? As Engineering and Quality Manager, you will hold a key position in the organization where you lead and develop the engineering and quality areas while strengthening team collaboration and driving the company's continued development. The role involves overall responsibility for production technical development, engineering and process development, and ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with established quality requirements and standards. You will lead a team consisting of engineers, quality technicians, and quality administration, with the opportunity to further develop the organization as the company continues to grow. In this role, you will work closely with several functions within the organization and have extensive contact with customers, partners, and suppliers. You will be an important part of the company's continued development and will have significant opportunities to influence working methods, processes, and future investments. You report directly to the CEO and are part of EBP's management group. Duties Responsible for production technical development Drive engineering and process development within the organization Develop collaboration, structure, and working methods within the team Ensure and further develop the organization's management system Manage and follow up on internal and external audits Serve as contact person for accredited auditors Maintain ongoing contact with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders Responsible for personnel, work environment, and budget within the engineering and quality area Contribute to the company's continued development and growth Work closely with production, maintenance, procurement, and sales in the organization's improvement and development efforts Your Profile We are looking for you—a down-to-earth and communicative leader who enjoys developing both people and organizations. You are clear in your leadership and have the ability to create engagement, participation, and collaboration. The role suits you if you are motivated by achieving results through others and if you combine a strategic perspective with an operational and solution-oriented approach. We expect you to have: A university or engineering degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, quality engineering, production engineering, or industrial economics. Several years of leadership experience and experience with project management, quality management, and improvement work. At least five years of experience from manufacturing industry. Experience with management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 as well as familiarity with customer and supplier contacts. Very good technical understanding and a strong interest in engineering and production. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have experience from the automotive industry and good knowledge of the industry's quality requirements, including IATF 16949. Apply Today!
