Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility We are now seeking a Technical Project Manager for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. The assignment begins as a recruitment hire with excellent opportunities for employment with the client. Here you will have a central role where you are responsible for driving customer and industrialization projects from the early concept phase through production launch and stable series production. This is a role for you who thrives in the intersection between technology, production, customer relations, and project management. Your main areas of responsibility: Drive customer and industrialization projects from start to finish Ensure project deliverables regarding time, quality, and cost Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer during project execution Coordinate cross-functional project teams Ensure industrial readiness for production launch Conduct risk analyses and follow up on action plans Coordinate suppliers related to tools, equipment, and investments Report project status and manage project risks and opportunities Your Profile We believe you have: Experience with project management in the manufacturing industry Technical understanding and interest in production processes Experience with customer and supplier contacts Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams Good knowledge of Swedish and English Meritorious: Experience with industrialization or production launches Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, or similar methods Become Part of Unik Resurs – Your Career and Development Are Our Priority!
