As a Reception Team Leader, you have a key role where you both lead and inspire the reception team, while also being the face of First Camp to all our guests. Are you the one we're looking for? What does the role involve? As Reception Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operations of the reception. You are active in operational tasks such as check-in and check-out, guest service, booking management, and stock flow in the reception shop area. You lead and coach seasonal staff and ensure that everyone follows our routines for efficient and professional guest service. You collaborate with your Destination Manager and ensure that the team is well informed about routines and expectations. As a Reception Team Leader, you are also expected to be flexible and able to support other tasks at the destination where needed – we are a team that always helps each other! Who are we looking for? We believe you have experience in reception work, are familiar with using booking systems, and have good IT skills. You should have a background in tourism, retail, or service, but this is not a requirement. To succeed in this role, you thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail. You look out for the team's best interests, have a solution-oriented approach, and are a natural leader who can create engagement and cohesion in the group. You are communicative, positive, and enjoy being flexible and supportive where needed. Humor and an ability to create a good atmosphere are qualities we appreciate. To communicate effectively with both Swedish and international guests, we would like you to speak both Swedish and English fluently. Experience in management and possibly in camping operations is a merit. What do we offer? The role is a full-time seasonal employment (40 hours/week) and includes working hours in the evenings and weekends, in accordance with collective agreements.
