Our home care service in Åkersberga is growing rapidly, and we're now looking for someone who wants to join and strengthen the team in daily operations. This is a role for you who enjoys working closely with customers, feels confident in care work, and wants to take a clear step forward in responsibility and leadership. At Aleo Omsorg, as a team leader you have a central role where you combine practical home care work with leadership and administrative tasks. You lead and coordinate a team of approximately 8–12 employees, provide daily support to staff, and serve as important relief for the unit manager. Together you work toward high quality, a good work environment, and satisfied customers. Work Tasks - What will you do? Your tasks as a team leader include: Work Leadership & Daily Support – be a reliable, present contact for employees and support them in daily work. Practical Care Work – work with customers and serve as a role model in customer interaction, quality, and professionalism. Planning & Initiating New Services – participate in starting new assignments and ensure customer needs are met safely. Documentation & Administration – handle ongoing documentation and simple follow-ups in close collaboration with the unit manager. Quality & Work Environment – contribute to structure, routines, and a good work climate. Team Culture & Cohesion – build trust, collaboration, and work satisfaction in the team. Alarm Response – manage both planned and emergency assignments within the scope of the assignment in Österåker Municipality (07:00 - 22:30). Who are you? For this role, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications: Care and Support Experience – you have worked in care and support, preferably in home care. Nursing Assistant (required) – preferably with protected professional title. Natural Leader in Daily Work – you have experience coordinating, supporting, or leading others, formally or informally. Unpretentious and Supportive – you help where needed and create a sense of security around you. Stress-Resilient and Solution-Oriented – you stay calm even when the pace is high. Communicative and Present – comfortable communicating with colleagues, customers, and relatives. Digitally Proficient – comfortable with documentation and working in digital systems. Driver's License Category B (required) – You are an experienced driver and can navigate traffic well to visit our customers in their homes. Fluent Swedish – you master Swedish in both speech and writing and can document in a professional manner. Work Hours and Employment Form Schedule: Monday–Friday and every third weekend based on operational needs (including holidays). Hours: daytime 07:00 - 15:30. Full-time, 37 h/week. Location: Åkersberga. Employment: Permanent position with 6-month probationary period, start date by agreement. We do not accept applications via email.
