About the Position As a Team Leader in facility services, you will be responsible for leading and distributing daily work within our cleaning contracts. You serve as an important link between employees, customers, and management, ensuring that work is performed according to agreed quality standards. Your main responsibilities: Lead, support, and motivate the facility services team. Plan and distribute work tasks. Onboard and train new employees. Ensure high quality and follow up on completed assignments. Maintain ongoing contact with customers and handle any deviations. Participate in operational facility services work when needed. Manage ordering and handling of cleaning supplies. We are looking for you who Have experience in facility services and preferably in a leadership role. Are a confident and engaged leader who creates good team spirit. Have good organizational skills and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Are service-oriented and have a professional demeanor. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Have a B driver's license (advantageous or required depending on operations). We Offer Varied and responsible work.
