Your responsibilities will be: - Purchasing and sales. - Together with the team, ensure monitoring of gross profit and sales. - Ensuring the department achieves our common goals. - Ensuring profitability and compliance with procedures. - Personnel responsibility. The customer is the core of our business. That's why daily customer contact is important for creating a positive store experience, order, and well-stocked shelves. Together with your team, you ensure that the right conditions exist in daily work, such as proper staffing, correct information, and a good work environment to thrive in. You are part of the store's management team and together you plan the tactical and operational aspects both in the short and long term. This is a permanent full-time position with a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Of course, we offer salary according to collective agreement. What We Expect To succeed in this role, you are driven by profitable sales and enjoy working with people. You have basic knowledge of key financial figures and experience leading in a retail environment. You need to be a good communicator to lead and develop the store's most important assets, our employees.
