For Cyclife's new facility, we are seeking an engaged and goal-oriented Team Manager who wants to be part of building, leading, and developing a high-performing team. You have a clear ability to plan, structure, and create engagement among your employees in an inclusive and collaborative manner, while ensuring that operations are conducted safely, with quality focus, and with high efficiency. The role requires present and attentive leadership, good communication skills, and experience driving and developing improvement processes in a growing organization. Requirements and qualifications: Several years of documented leadership experience in relevant industry or operations. Complete upper secondary education. Good understanding and compliance with work environment, safety, and quality work. Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Class B driver's license, access to own car. Meritorious: Experience working as a manager in manufacturing industry. Relevant university education or equivalent experience. Previous experience working with KPI monitoring and business planning. We particularly value experience actively working with psychosocial work environment and the ability to contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and sustainable environment for the team. Furthermore, we appreciate experience in change management and leading teams through periods of development and transition in a structured and communicative manner. Meritable are also experience with coaching, providing constructive feedback, and handling difficult conversations with professionalism and clarity. What does the role entail? The role as Production Team Manager involves overall responsibility for leading and developing a group of approximately 15 employees within production operations. You report directly to the Manager of Extension and are part of the Extension management group, where you contribute operational and strategic perspectives to drive operations forward. Work tasks include, for example: Responsibility for team safety, work environment, radiation protection, quality, and competence development. Lead and allocate work within the team and monitor performance and goals. Conduct employee meetings and prepare documentation for salary reviews. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure that company policies and guidelines are followed. Actively participate in improvement and transformation projects. Collaborate with other departments and functions to optimize operations. Responsibility for reporting deviations and safety-related incidents. Quality assure processes and instructions and contribute to developing new procedures. Build processes and establish routines for daily operations. As Team Manager, you have a central role in ensuring an efficient, quality-assured, and well-coordinated production flow. The position involves broad and daily internal contact points, where you collaborate closely with project managers, production coordinators, and other team managers to create cohesion, good communication, and clear priorities in operations. You lead your team with clarity, presence, and engagement, and actively work to create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Work is 100% on-site and begins during day shift before transitioning to continuous two-shift operations, which means working both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
