Job Description We are now looking for a committed after-school program teacher who wants to help further develop our operations in an international and bilingual environment. In your role, you actively work to stimulate students' learning and development, based on their needs, interests, and experiences. At the same time, you challenge them to reach new heights by inspiring them toward new knowledge and new perspectives. You plan, implement, and evaluate the after-school activities together with your colleagues, with a focus on quality, clarity, and continuous improvement. Through varied working methods, creative learning environments, and clear structure, you create meaningful after-school time where students develop both socially and academically. You have an important role in building a strong community where students feel safe, seen, and motivated to succeed. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed primary teacher with a focus on after-school programs and who is driven to create a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment. You are well-versed in the curriculum and work purposefully to develop the quality of our operations. With your energy and creativity, you inspire both students and colleagues, and you thrive in a culture where collaboration and professionalism are central. You use digital tools as a natural part of your teaching and documentation. Since we are an international school, it is important that you have strong command of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
