As an employee with us, you contribute to residents in Region Örebro County having access to good and equitable dental care. Our unit consists of 2 clinics, Haga and Lekeberg. The Haga clinic has 12 treatment rooms and is located in Haga center with shops, café and restaurant as well as library, swimming pool and gym. The Lekeberg clinic has 5 treatment rooms and is located in Fjugesta only about 20 km from Örebro, to which we travel with our mobile clinic. Both clinics have high standards with modern, fresh, spacious and colorful treatment rooms and are located adjacent to health centers. The unit has digital impression taking, nitrous oxide equipment, intraoral cameras and much more, as well as a lovely break room with a patio. The unit currently has 27 employees and serves a patient group of over 15,500 patients. We provide both pediatric and adult dental care, and you will encounter patients across the full spectrum of dental care—some from socioeconomically disadvantaged areas, some are vulnerable patients with special needs, and a broad range of ages. Job Responsibilities We work closely with the patient at the center and take pride in doing meaningful work for our patients. We have a learning, developing and supportive atmosphere. As a dentist with us, you work with both children, adolescents and adults. You are the team's specialist in oral diagnostics and perform long-term comprehensive assessments. We offer health-promoting and preventive dental care for all ages, and as a dentist you play a major role in this. You perform everything from an examination to emergency dental care and advanced treatments. We work with team dentistry, which means you work independently when required and together with other colleagues when needed. We care for and support each other, which means that if you get stuck on a task, there is often a skilled colleague nearby with smart solutions to the problem. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed dentist with documented knowledge in radiology. Responsibility, flexibility, curiosity and good collaboration skills are important qualities. Work in the operation is built on great commitment, attentiveness, a positive attitude and good collegial fellowship, which requires collaboration and social skills. You will play an important role in daily work but also as an agent and resource for operational development. Continuous improvement of methods, processes and ways of working has an obvious place in our operations, as does mentoring of students and new colleagues. We work with digital patient records in Frenda, so you need to have good computer skills. You master the Swedish language and express yourself well in speech and writing. You have documented knowledge of Swedish equivalent to at least C1 level according to the Council of Europe's level scale.
