Key responsibilities and tasks At Folktandvården Bengtsfors-Ed, a clinic with two patient care locations, you will meet patients of all ages with many different care needs. As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well-received and secure during their visits. You will utilize your full range of competencies while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset. The position includes, among other things: working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room working with examinations, planned care, and emergency dental care being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics We currently have a total of 23 employees. Required qualifications and profile Licensed dentist Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish upper secondary education or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form Ability to organize and prioritize work in an efficient and prudent manner Ability to project a stable and calm demeanor even when there is a lot to do Ability to collaborate and relate to other people in a responsive manner Contribute to the development of the operation by actively participating in the clinic's improvement initiatives If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development. About the recruitment process The first step in the recruitment process is a digital interview with HR. After the application deadline, the clinic manager will select applicants and invite them to an interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 27 and 28. If you are an applicant with education or a degree from another EU/EES country than Sweden and lack references, supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples may be required as part of the recruitment process.
