Your Responsibilities You will be the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to hiring managers. You will drive the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with the Candidate Experience Partner and TA Coordinator. Build strong and trusting relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs based on business objectives, responsibilities, and long-term talent planning. Contribute data-driven insights about the job market and competitive landscape through ongoing dialogue with the business and analysis of previous recruitment efforts to support future recruitment strategies. Stay updated on current labor market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the recruitment field. Be an ambassador for diversity and inclusion by ensuring broad and varied candidate pools for all recruitment efforts. Your Profile You have experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, either from an internal recruitment function or from recruitment and staffing companies. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and have a strong ability to build relationships and deliver high-level service to managers and candidates. You have good analytical skills and can interpret, analyze, and present data clearly and in a business-oriented manner to various stakeholders. You are curious and development-oriented, with a desire to continuously improve working methods and develop your competencies. You have high emotional intelligence and demonstrate empathy, understanding, and attentiveness when interacting with others.
