Train Cleaner - Specialized Cleaning in Kalmar

At Sodexo Transport, we are looking for cleaners who enjoy varied and sometimes challenging work. Work is conducted around the clock, 365 days a year. In this recruitment, we are seeking staff for our specialized cleaning department with night shifts during July and August, with great potential for continued work in the fall. A work vehicle will be provided. You will plan and carry out various specialized cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, floor care, and carpet shampooing. Filling in on regular cleaning shifts may also be included when needed. The base expectation is three evenings per week, Monday-Wednesday, though this can be adjusted and expanded. We require great flexibility. As a cleaner, you play an important role in passengers' travel experience. You must be thorough, flexible, and sometimes solve unexpected situations quickly. This could involve schedule changes or delayed trains—in such cases, you need to be creative and solve the situation in the best possible way. You need to be independent while also having strong teamwork skills. We highly value good customer service skills among our employees. This means that in addition to performing your duties, you can handle interactions with various people, listen to customers' needs, and offer a smile even when things are busy. To apply for this position, you must: Have completed primary and secondary school. Have good Swedish skills—both spoken and written. Be thorough, punctual, self-motivated, and flexible.
