As Systems Architect at Toyota, you will work with: As a Systems Architect in IoT (Internet of Things) at Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Sweden, you will have the chance to shape the technological landscape of the future. In this role, you will realize industrial IoT for connected vehicles and carry significant responsibility for setting the technical direction for current and future solutions. Here you will have the opportunity to work at a strategic and operational level close to both system development and end users! The position entails overall responsibility for the solution that connects our trucks and related interfaces. New development and maintenance of application software/solutions/services within the Connected Solutions technology area Participation in the technical strategy within your area of responsibility including roadmaps and key technical decisions Hold technical product ownership for application software for our telematics units Develop product specifications and requirements Ensure compliance with applicable standards and directives Manage certification issues Maintain close contact with all functions within TMHMS, Product Planning, and Service Market. Contacts also occur with TMHE sales companies, TMHI, as well as external suppliers and customers Participate in global collaborations within the group Design system architecture for IoT solutions and evaluate new technical solutions We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect in software or systems architecture with a strong technical focus and interest. You should have prior experience in embedded development and connected products, with knowledge of radio communication as an added advantage. You thrive in collaborative teams and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you have broad technical interests and strong problem-solving skills. For the position of Systems Architect, we are looking for someone who has/is: University degree or advanced engineering degree in relevant fields Experience in product development within software, preferably with a focus on vehicles and connected systems and their services Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience collaborating and coordinating at an international level To be successful in this position, it is important that you have initiative, are strategic, and have strong collaboration skills. Previous experience with Azure (IoT Hub, KeyVault), Python, Linux, Yocto, CAN, C++, Redis, etc. is a merit. Who is Toyota Material Handling?
