Nymölla Mill seeks Maintenance Manager for the Pulp Mill Sylvamo Nymölla Mill is located twelve kilometers east of Kristianstad in Bromölla Municipality. The mill produces paper pulp using the magnesite process and uncoated fine paper. Multicopy is our most well-known product. Production capacity is 340,000 tons of pulp and 475,000 tons of fine paper. Maintenance is a central part of our operations, and we are currently undertaking a major organizational development to strengthen both preventive and improvement-focused maintenance. We are now seeking an engaged and experienced Maintenance Manager for the pulp mill – a key role where you will have the opportunity to influence the development of the maintenance department. You will have a key role in ensuring high availability, technical development, and sustainable maintenance work. You will be part of the maintenance department's management team, working alongside colleagues responsible for other aspects of our maintenance. Your Assignment As Maintenance Manager, you have overall responsibility for maintenance within the pulp mill. You: lead an organization of approximately 50 employees develop operations together with your subordinate managers and engineers within both automation and mechanics are responsible for planning, budgeting, and follow-up ensure that the facility meets requirements for safety, environment, and quality drive improvement initiatives and technical development work closely with production, projects, and external partners We're Looking for Someone Who... has a technical education in areas such as automation or mechanics has several years of experience with maintenance work in an industrial environment, preferably in process industry has leadership experience and enjoys a role with responsibility for both people and operations works in a structured manner and has a strong focus on safety has good experience with maintenance systems and improvement initiatives (for example, TPM) speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently We Offer a central and influential role in a stable and forward-thinking company the opportunity to influence and develop maintenance strategy a competent and engaged team competitive terms and good development opportunities Application This is a full-time position with daytime working hours.
