Responsibilities In this role, you will work with: Welding and manufacturing of steel structures Drawing reading Cutting, processing, and assembly of steel materials Warehouse work, picking, and material handling Loading and unloading Customer contact during delivery, inquiries, and basic service Helping out where needed in daily operations The work is varied and requires you to switch between workshop tasks, warehouse duties, and customer interaction. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, takes responsibility, and is thorough. You have experience in manufacturing steel structures and are confident reading and working from drawings. Since customer contact is part of the role, it is important that you are friendly, customer-focused, and can represent the company well. Requirements Welding experience Experience in steel structure manufacturing Strong ability to read drawings Good Swedish language skills (spoken) Ability to work independently Forklifts certification, sling experience, and a B-class driver's license are merits but not requirements if you have the right experience and attitude.
